Read hints and do research, we see Apolo use slow-scan tv (sstv). Install tools

sudo apt install qsstv && sudo apt install pavucontrol -y

run qsstv and pavucontrol In pavucontrol, modify in record tab

In qsstv, remember to turn on Auto Slant. Run command below to play the audio

paplay -d virtual-cable message.wav
